In a space eighteen metres deep and only three and a half metres wide, we designed one continuous counter instead of partitions.

The counter serves ordering near the street, preparation in the middle and seating at the back. The narrowness stopped being a drawback and became the identity of the place.

A mirrored strip in the ceiling doubles the perceived depth and carries daylight to the very back of the shop.
